科威特 Kuwait (KW) 基本介紹:
科威特面積17818平方公里（包括阿拉伯半島的東北角及其附近的布比延、費萊凱等島嶼）。位于亞洲西部阿拉伯半島東北部，波斯灣西北岸，西、北與伊拉克為鄰，南部與沙特阿拉伯交界，東瀕波斯灣。人口270多萬，首都設在科威特城。科威特盛產石油，人均收入很高。
科威特海關工作時間是：08：00-13：00 周六-周四 ;科威特當地時間為GMT+3,北京時間為GMT+8，比北京晚5個小時
科威特比較重要的節日:
伊斯蘭傳統的“哈拉節”，一般在一月底到二月下旬，實際上是全國上下的旅游，促銷月
科威特不可接受清關的物品:
酒,煙草,食品(易腐爛),支票,任何反對穆斯林宗教和反對科威特皇室的物質
高低價值劃分:500科威特第納爾以下屬于低價值，相反則屬于高價值
Customs Specifications
1 - Invoices should not mention that "the shipment has no commercial value" or that the value
declared is "for customs purpose only”. they must be TYPED and not hand written.
所有的發票不應該注明“沒有商業價值”或者“價值供海關參考”，同時所有的發票應該是打印的而不是手寫的
2 - All non-document shipments with a value of $600 USD or more will require an original
Certificate of Origin stamped or legalized by the necessary authorities at the shipper’s
end. A penalty of $50.00 USD plus demurrage charges (varying between $6.00 and $35.00 USD
a day) will be imposed on origins that send shipments with non-complying documents.
所有申報價值大于等于600美金的包裹，都需要提供原產地證或者發貨人當地官方的蓋章證明（可以找
科威特當地領事館蓋章或其他中國的官方證明），如果發貨人提供的單據不符合規定，可能會產生50美
元的罰金和6美元到35美元的延遲費用。
3 - For all shipments over 3,000 USD, a compulsory certificate of origin is required. The
Certificate of Origin and Invoice must be attested by the local Chamber of Commerce and
the Consulate in the shipment entity's country of origin.
對于所有申報價值超過3000美金的話，必須提供原產地證，發票必須要經過出口地的商會證明
4 - Shipments with an insufficiently detailed or incorrect description will be confiscated
or destroyed by customs.
包裹的描述不詳細或不正確可能被海關扣押或銷毀。
5 - Shipments of films/video and audio cassettes must be accompanied by an invoice giving
details of the cassette contents (title, short description, length), as well as the reason
for importing.
電影/視頻或音頻的產品，發票上應該說明：名稱/簡短的描述/時間長度，以及進口的原因。
6 - Foodstuffs (non-perishable): restricted to consignments of samples.
不易腐爛的食品僅僅限于樣品
7 - Magazines: Invoice required if valued over 5 USD.
雜志的價格如果超過5美元的話，需要提供發票
8 - Medicines, Pharmaceutical products, Biological products: a certificate of approval
required of consignee from the Ministry of Public Health (including vitamins and dietary
supplements). A physical inspection of the goods may be carried out. In this case,
additional clearance times are to be expected.
藥品，醫療用品和生物制品，收貨人需要提供公共衛生部頒發的進口許可證，海關也可能查驗，清關的
延誤也再所難免。
9 - Textiles (finished) and toys: if the value is greater than 150 USD, the shipment must
be accompanied by a certificate of origin.
紡織品和玩具，如果申報價值超過150美金的話，必須隨附原產地證
科威特清關需要以下文件:
1. Each Invoice, Packing List & Certificate of origin must be attested by local chamber of commerce.
2. As well consignee in Kuwait must sign and stamp on the front page of all the documents.
3. All China shipments should have stamp in English + the attestation of the invocie should be (as per the sample 2nd attachment)
產地證,發票認證需要提供：一份聲明，一份保函，一份合同，一份公司的 營業執照復印件，一份對外貿易經營者備案表復印件，發票正本一式2份
貿促會或者是大使館加簽. COC清關證書: COC的英文全稱：Certificate of Conformity
